2006 Northwest Auctioneers Championship Results

Rick Musick, Musick & Sons Auctioneers, Eagle, ID won the four-state Northwest Auctioneer Championship at the contest held during the annual Washington Auctioneers Convention at AmeriSuites in Pasco on October 9th.

In addition to the championship plaque and designation, Rick won a $500 cash prize to be used to compete in the National Auctioneers Association championship contest next July.

Jack Sanford, Sanford Auctioneering, Port Orchard, WA placed 2nd in the championships and Brent Sutton, Brent Sutton Auctioneers, Yakima, WA, placed 3rd.

Heidi Hill, Hill’s Auctioneering Inc, Union, OR won the Junior Division championship for auctioneers with three years or less of experience. Second place in the Junior Division went to Doug Swenson, Swenson Farms, Pasco, WA.

Twelve auctioneers competed in the contest open to auctioneers in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana.
