The Washington Auctioneers Association elected 2008 officers and Board of Directors Members during their General Membership meeting on Monday, October 8th held in conjunction with the 2007 Annual Convention at the Kitsap Conference Center in Bremerton, WA.
Steve McMillan, McMillan Brothers Auction, Mt. Vernon, WA was elected president. Other elected officers include: 1st Vice President, Wayne Hollins, H & H Liquidators, Spanaway, WA; 2nd Vice President, Charles Beck, Charles W. Beck Enterprises in Lacy, WA; and Treasurer, Brady Hammrich, Stokes Auction Group, Port Orchard, WA. Chad Ehli, Cascade Auctions, Sumner, WA is the Immediate Past President.
Paul Thomas, Northwest Auctions, Seattle, WA was newly elected to the Board. Returning Board members include Camille Booker, Booker Auction Company, Connell, WA and Virgil Wiest, Auction & Appraisal Inc., Wapato, WA.
